Cancellation policy, rescheduling and late arrivals
We do our best to accommodate every guest and provide exceptional user experience. To ensure that everyone receives the best experience we ask every guest to arrive on time and let us know about any changes well ahead of your scheduled escape room.
We ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time; This is essential for everyone’s experience.
If you are 10-30 minutes late the experience time will be reduced. If you are more than 30 minutes late the experience can be cancelled.
We offer no refunds or rescheduling of any matter within 24 hours.
All sales are final, however, the reservation can be rescheduled with 24-hours notice
We cannot offer you a refund if someone from the group didn’t show up regardless of the reason.
We allow 1-time rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Same day bookings cannot be rescheduled to a later time.
Please, send us an email email@example.com or call (403) 233-8225 to make any changes, voicemail requests will not be honored.
Please check the number of guests you’d like to include when you make a reservation. It is also visible on an order summary right before the payment.
No exclusions from our cancellation policy will be made due to “bookings made by mistake”.
Reservation fee is non-refundable.
