In case you haven't heard, due to COVID-19, Alberta Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA), in collaboration with the BGCC and Miskanawah, is moving several elements of our Okotok Indigenous River Camp online for August 2020. The goal of the camp is to connect Indigenous youth with Elders so that they can share their wisdom and pass their traditional knowledge forward. We are changing our hours and days of the week back to our regular schedule this Fall. Beginning on September 2nd, we will be open at our new Sunridge Location (2716 Sunridge Way NE) from Wednesday - Friday (3-9 PM) and Saturday - Sunday (12-8 PM). Throughout the month of September, we have Drop-In Games, Crafts, and More happening on the 2nd, 12th, and 26th! Join us during the appropriate hours to get creative and/or competitive!!

Fall is fast approaching and we are looking forward to welcoming youth to our new Diamond Willow Youth Lodge Space! The new space is located at 2716 Sunridge Way NE, only 15 minutes by bus from Rundle LRT Station. We will be open for drop-in hours Wednesday to Friday from 3pm-9pm, and Saturday/Sunday from 12pm-8pm - youth aged 12-29 can drop-in to grab a bite to eat, relax and unwind, play games, work on crafts and access our computer lab.…
